1. What’s the minimum rental duration?
   Our trailers require a minimum 4-hour rental. We do not offer hourly rentals under this time.

2. Do your trailers include ramps or winches?
   Yes. Our 7'x18' equipment and car hauler includes ramps and a winch—ideal for moving vehicles or equipment.

3. Can I rent a trailer with short notice (<= 2 hrs.)?
   Yes with confirmation for our sales team. Please call us at 336-517-3748 for expedited services.

4. How do I confirm my booking?
   After booking online, many customers choose to call us to confirm details—we’re happy to help!

5. What is your cancellation policy?
   Refunds depend on notice:
   72+ hours: 75% refund (minus $25 fee)
   48–72 hours: 50% refund
   24–48 hours: 25% refund
   Less than 24 hours: no refund
